Hello My Name is Ally and I'm a Shopaholic;

So I did some shopping on Tuesday with my sister, and yesterday we went for a drive to take photos. We kind of sort of blew her tire on the back-roads (Whoops!) and her friend had to come rescue us. Neither one of us can change a tire (I don't drive, and she hasn't had her license for very long).
I don't have many photos for you guys, since I didn't take very many and only a few turned out well, but I got new boots, leggings, and a gorgeous purse!

These boots were the last in my size (and only ten dollars!) and the snake-print leggings were on sale (three dollars). 

 

This is my new bag! I am so in love with it, and it was only fourty dollars, which was nice. Usually I drool over massive, super expensive ones. It's a lot smaller than the ones I usually carry, so I had to downsize all the crap in my bag (Speaking of which, I was thinking about doing a "what's in my purse" post, thoughts?).

This is the only picture I have of my outfit, and it's not the greatest. But I wore my new stuff with a black lace dress from Forever 21 and my Harley Davidson sweatshirt.

Random late-night photos;

So last night I took a bunch of silly photos with my sister, and sadly there are only three that I thought were decent. =P The camera doesn't love me very much, but that's okay. I really should learn how to pose. Instead I just make silly face and twist my body awkwardly. No wonder I look like a little munchkin when the shutter goes off.

Not the most flatter dress style on me, it makes me look even shorter! Also, it cuts my boobs off funny. It's still pretty cute though. =)

 My sister's volleyball shirt/floral mini skirt, and my (insanely tall) high-heels. I quite like this outfit.

I just fell in love;

I was flipping through March Vogue (I don't religiously keep up with fashion magazines like most fashion lovers, more on that later) and I stopped dead upon seeing this GORGEOUS Balmain lambskin jacket.

Peta would hate me, but I would absolutely wear this. I'm a vegetarian... I'm a horrible human being.

I suppose I could convince myself that just because I'm not going to eat the animal, doesn't mean that other people won't. 

In any case, I doubt this will ever find it's way into my closet, so I don't need to feel guilty just yet!

Continuing the journey through my clothes;

Alright, yesterday I showed you guys a few things from my closet. Since I still have lots of pictures that I didn't use, I'm just going to continue with that! =)

These are my current favorite jeans. I'm such a fan of Guess clothing, and I find that their jeans really fit me well. They look a bit silly in the pictures because I don't have shoes on. Because I'm so short, and the jeans are long, I always wear them tucked into boots or with high heels.

Guess vest, and an adorable mini dress that I bought in a cute little shop downtown Victoria! The picture isn't the greatest, but it looks really good in person. 

Here's a closer look at all the precious little details on the vest. <3

 As I previously mentioned, I love stockings! So here's a favorite pair of mine. I love the detail of the lace. The only problem with this pair is that they were fairly cheap, so the dye rubs off onto my legs when I wear them.

This top is in heavy rotation in my closet!  I bought it at my favorite secondhand store in my hometown. It's super soft and I love the message!

 This is the most worn item in my closet; my Harley-Davidson jumper! I wear this pretty much every day, to and from work, after work. It's super cozy and looks nice with everything, in my opinion.

This is a floral off the shoulder top that I bought a while back. I love long sleeves, and shirts that you can pull off of one shoulder. On this one, it looks like the flowers are painted on, which I really like.

 Last off is a Godsmack shirt that I've owned for ages, but never really wear. The problem is that the shirt is a little short.
Last night I was thinking that I would cut lengthwise up the bottom and add little beads to make it a crop top with fringe! I think it would be super cute over a bathing suit at the beach or with denim shorts!

A peek inside my closet;

Hello lovelies! <3 (Well, technically it's just the stunning Miss Shelby, at the moment! <3)
I did a quick photo shoot this morning, with a few pictures of little old me, and lots of my favorite clothing items!
Without further delay, here they are.

What I'm currently wearing; jeans, tank top, and my friends' band shirt! <3 [Check out Headtrip on facebook!]This is pretty much a typical running errands/going shopping outfit. Not exactly creative, but it's comfortable. I would probably add a scarf to this too.

Perhaps one of these.

The top one is an awesome orange houndstooth square scarf that I bought at the thrift store here, for about four dollars. The bottom one I've had for ages, and I honestly don't remember where it was from!

This is a ring that I bought for my ex (while we were still together) when I was in Mexico! I borrowed it from him and haven't gotten around to returning it! [I swear, goose, I'll return it the second I'm in Vancouver next. <3] That scar on my thumb is from when I was about ten or eleven; I slammed my finger in the door frame when my sister and I were playing house in the camper. Random fact!

The next photos are a couple of new editions to my closet! First off, let's talk about these kick ass wide leg jeans.

These are a pair of my sisters, which she gave/lent (not entirely sure which) to me. I was so stoked because as a result of watching too many old episodes of Charlie's Angels, I've been coveting a pair of seventies wide leg trousers!

Here they are with a 80's oversized men's sweater! Another thrift shop find. I bought this for my sister when I was on the prowl for a Weasley jumper (a la the Harry Potter series). She recently gave it back to me.

Time to show off some shoes! The first pair are Blowfish gladiator sandals! I am in love with these. I didn't have a lot of money to my name when I bought these, but the second I laid eyes on them, there was no turning back. The belong in my wardrobe.

The same time I bought those, I also snagged a pair of blue Steve Madden ones! Didn't I just finish saying I didn't have lots of money? Yep. Did I still buy them? Yep.

I once took a hike through the woods in these. I totally rocked it. I had scratched up feet by the end of it, but I didn't mind. I looked damn good in my sundress and sandals!

This is another newer addition to my closet, one which I've only worn a few times. This is an EDC by Esprit sweater shirt! The second I saw this pattern, I knew that if I didn't get it, I would regret it always!

 Here it is, worn with my beloved Guess jeans!

Just finished a photo shoot! I took quite a few pictures, but I still don't think it's enough for you to get a real feel of my closet. I'm moving in a few months, so maybe once I set up my closet there and get all organized (chances are I'll do my closet before anything else in the house!) I'll do a video or something, going through all my stuff. =)
